WEEK 3

Just back after my long run. WIND & RAIN. Wow that was hard, I'm soaked from head to toe. Yet i found that actually I enjoyed it. 4.5 miles will from know be my stead run/ Recovery run and i I'm going to up the distance on my long run to 6.5 miles.
I'm also going to invest in some plasters lol had me first Nipple rub today. must remember not to wear that T shirt again lol.

Yes finally got into the London Marathon. Here is where i will tell you and keep a track of how my training is going.

End of WEEK 2

Just got in from my Friday run 2.2 Miles, Think its time to up the distance as it the second time it was done without walk breaks. Feeling very good at the mo and not missed any training days yet. But i think the morning shift will be the hardest weeks.

Weekend

Really enjoyed my weekend. Started with a good time at telford, Did not take any picture just watched the game. There was more people there than i thought, and a good surrport. Reconmend it to anyone.
To day i went out to Hardwick House. Fantasic building, It was shut the house but it was free to walk around the walks and grounds. Will be posting some Pix sone. The trip to Mansfield was good to, throught the Yorkshire/Derbyshire dales was great. good views and wildlife .

Busy Weekend

Off to see the Telford Tigers Ice Hocky Team tomorrow. Really looking forward to it, first ever Ice Hockey game live.
Also be going to the Hardwick Manson, Another great building of the British Isles own by the National Trust. The motersport seasson starts to so i hope to be posting lots of Pixs so please comment and advise on my improvement
